  The poorest customer service from Rye Street Cheshunt (actually in Hoddesdon). Took my car in on Monday last week having taken it in for an estimate earlier (at my suggestion, not theirs) so they could order the parts needed. I was told it would likely be finished on Wednesday; got a text with no explanation saying it would be ready on Thursday. That was fine, however I had no communication on Thursday until I called them at 4.30pm to be told at that point it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. No communication again until I called them on Saturday morning, and was told it wouldn't be ready 'til Monday. No apologies through the whole process from the garage, I rely hugely on my car and planned a holiday around having it back. I had to blow my stack and insist the garage stay open late to finish my car; they did and they did a good job, however because of the poor communication and lack of apology at the various points at which they let me down, I will not be using them again.
